Initial Consultation
-In-depth discussion to understand style options, budget, time frame estimates, and other project needs
-Site walk-through including measurements, elevations and preliminary room sketch
-Inventory images of space, furniture, fixtures, or decorations to be used in design
After initial consultation, information will be gathered and put into an estimate for approval on scope of work within 48 hours.
Design Development
Services provided for design development including but not limited to:
-Space plan/furniture layout
-Visual room board including furniture/color scheme/fabrics
-Furniture, Fixtures, and Cabinetry specifications
-Paint scheme/wallcovering/feature wall specifications and layout
-Lighting design and specification
-Selection and arrangement of surface coverings, rugs, window treatments, furniture, decorations and any similar service
-Additional services that can be provided and discussed: acquiring products, personal shopping for design decor, room styling, referring contractors, and coordinating deliveries and installations as needed.
